By using Magerie you agree to these terms. Short version: don't abuse the service or reverse the binary. Your work is yours. Our software is ours. Early Access is as-is.
License
Early Access requires a one-time $35 purchase. Your license grants personal and commercial use. Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable for cause.
Your content
You own everything you create. We claim no license to your documents, brushes, or artwork.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, or non-consensual impersonation content via AI.
- No disrupting or scraping the service.
- No reverse-engineering, redistributing, or repackaging the binary.
Purchases
Early Access is a one-time $35 purchase. See the pricing page. Refunds follow applicable consumer protection law.
Service availability
Account, license checks, and chat features depend on cloud services and may go down. Offline Mode is a Founder License feature. No uptime guarantee.
Disclaimer & liability
Magerie is provided "as is" during Early Access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Liability for any claim is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
Material changes posted here. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
